Hui ā Tau (AGM)

Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō Trusts are holding our Hui ā Tau (Annual General Meeting) on Saturday 24th September 2022 in Westport. 

Come along to this year's AGM to hear the trustees report on the 2021/2022 financial year. We will also be announcing the results of the election for the two open Tarakaipa trustee positions on the Trusts. On Sunday 25th September, we will be having a whānau fun day for those present, finishing with a bbq lunch before everyone travels home. 

When? 3pm on Saturday 24th September 2022

Where? EPIC, 10a Lyndhurst Street, Westport

Register? Registrations closed at 5pm on 2nd September 2022. 

We look forward to seeing you all in Wesport! However, if you cannot make it to Westport in person, we will be streaming the AGM on Zoom so you can join the hui online. Please still register if you would like to join the Hui ā Tau via Zoom, just make sure to indicate on the form if you are joining in person or on Zoom. 

Please note, registrations close on 2nd September 2022. Registration is required on time to be eligible for financial assistance with travel and accommodation. Financial assistance may not be available if you register after the closing date.
