Whanau Covid Booster Vaccination Clinic

Following the success of the previous Covid-19 vaccination clinics, Marlborough PHO is holding a booster clinic for a third dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
This clinic will be for whanau eligible for their third (booster) vaccination, and also for those wanting to get their first or second vaccination. You are eligible for a booster vaccination when it has been 6 months since your second vaccine and if you are 18 years or over.
When?
Saturday 11th December 2021 from 1pm to 8pm.
Sunday 12th December 2021 from 8am to 5pm.
Where?
My Space, 16 Kinross Street, Blenheim. Entry via Redwood Street.

Points to note:
Mask wearing will be mandatory unless you have an exemption.
Social distancing will be encouraged.
Parking will be limited, but they will have traffic wardens in place.
