New NMIT Scholarship

Are you, or one of your whānau, studying at the Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT) this year? If so, how about applying for the newly created Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō Scholarship?

Applications are due on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 5pm.

Selection criteria:

• You must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident;
• Enrolled on a full-time or part-time programme at NMIT;
• Provide a statement of approx. 500 words demonstrating the need for financial assistance and showing you have the potential to become an ambassador for NMIT and Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō whānui;
• The applicant may also need to attend a Scholarship panel interview if required.

What do you receive?

The scholarship is a one-off payment towards course fees to the maximum value of $1000.
